Reservation Aknowledgment
onPeak will send you a reservation confirmation/acknowledgment to you via email. Please review all information for accuracy. Confirmations will be sent upon the completion of reservation using the online system. Confirmations for faxed, mailed or emailed requests will be sent within 10-14 days. If you do not receive your acknowledgement within this time frame, please contact onPeak using the information above. Please note: you will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.

Room Rates / Taxes
To take advantage of the special ACTFL rates, you must book your reservation by October 14, 2010. After that date, ACTFL room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to 14.45% occupancy tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed, however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Reservation Guarantee Policy
No charges are incurred at the time of booking; only a payment guarantee is required to hold your reservation in the amount of one night's stay at the confirmed hotel plus current tax of 14.45%, subject to change. The hotel will charge payment to the credit card you provide upon check-in. Please refer to your confirmation for full details, which may vary by hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours from the confirmed check-in date or not cancelled at all (no-show) are subject to a financial penalty in the amount of the payment guarantee. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for full policy details.

Changes / Cancellations / New Reservations Cut-off
Changes/cancellations for existing reservations should be directed to onPeak through October 21, 2010. Beginning October 22nd, please direct any changes/cancellations to your confirmed hotel. All cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival, or one night’s room and tax will be assessed by your confirmed hotel.

New reservations should be directed to the onPeak through November 7, 2010. Beginning November 8th, please contact the hotel directly for new reservations. Requests for new reservations will be based on availability.

We cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any other company or representative. Hotel reservations made through any company other than onPeak are at the exclusive risk of the individual.
